The twelve penthouse residences at WAYNE, 1200 Sixth Street, Detroit, Michigan, are proposed condominium units in a condominium project to be established under the Michigan Condominium Act, 1978 PA 59, MCL 559.101 et seq. The developer is Blackacre Management, LLC or an affiliate (the “Developer”).

This website is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a condominium unit. Any offer will be made only through a written purchase agreement accompanied by the condominium documents, including the master deed, condominium bylaws, condominium subdivision plan, purchaser information booklet and disclosure statement, as required by the Act.

Under the Michigan Condominium Act, a purchaser who signs a purchase agreement before receiving the required condominium documents may withdraw from the agreement without penalty, and any deposit will be refunded, before conveyance and within the period provided by the Act after receipt of those documents. Purchase deposits will be held in escrow as required by the Act.

Where state law requires registration or qualification before condominium units may be marketed to residents of that state, this website is not directed at those residents until such requirements have been met.
